Little Green Button comes pre-configured with 7 pre-set Alert Types. These are available without any further necessary configuration, and will provide more context to a raised Alert. Certain Alert Types do not expect a response from the recipient(s), and will instead continue to be broadcast until cancelled.
Some Alert Types may not be relevant to the organisation, or would better align with procedures if they were to invoke a response. This can be done with the feature 'Control Alert Types'.
In order to use this functionality, Little Green Button must have access to Control Alert Types, available with the Tree Plan or above. Alternatively please reach out to a member of our team to discuss.
Control Alert Types
This feature allows an administrator to enable/disable specific alert types, and control whether or not each alert type can be responded to.
To access this feature, log in to your My LGB Portal and navigate to Alert Types, within the Configuration Tab, to find the page below;
Here, you will be see the options to enable/disable specific alert types, and select whether you would like users to be able to respond to each one.
To align better with procedures, or to simplify use by staff, the Alert Types by Group functionality will allow further control of availability of Alert Types based on which Group a Location is part of.
