A brand new Add-on feature for Alert Types by Group is now available.
This feature enables a MyLGB Administrator to control which Alert Types are available to which groups, or to set a Group as "receive only".
Alert Types by Group
In order to make this change, you will first need to log in to your MyLGB Portal and navigate to Groups, located within the "Configuration" tab.
For each individual group, you will be able to select which Alert Types you would like to be made available
Once the changes have been made, click "Save". The members of this group will now have the ability to change their alert type by right clicking on their button, hovering over "Choose Alert Type" and selecting one from the list. Further information on different alert types can be found here.
If a user switches their Location or Group, the options of Alert Types will change Accordingly
Receive Only
Also within Groups, you can select the tick box for "Not raise any Alert Types (Receive Only)".
Users within a group that is set to "Receive Only" will see the below icon within their desktop version of the Little Green Button.
Mobile App users will see a message to indicate that it is in "Receive Only" mode.
