To enable verbose logging (only by request of our Support Team), please follow the steps below:


  • Hold shift and right click your Little Green Button open the installation folder as follow.


  • Now exit the button by right clicking the Little Green Button and choosing exit. Confirm you want to close the Little Green Button.


  • In here, edit the lgbsvc.exe.config file and change the marked values to Verbose. Save and close the file.


  • Do the same for lgbgui.exe.config, change the marked values to Verbose. Save and close the file.



Please restart the PC or the lgbgui.exe and lgbsvc.exe components. This will trigger the writing of two log files:


C:\ProgramData\Wiggly-Amps\LGB3\3.x.xxxx.xxxx\lgbsvc-{date}.log
C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Wiggly-Amps\LGB3\3.x.xxxx.xxxx\lgbgui-{date}.log


Please send us the log files when requested by the Support Team.
