We have recently released our latest optional Little Green Button Hardware - the Mini Green Button. This article explains how to connect the button to your Mobile App, and how to use it for Alerting.
Mini Green Buttons are 29mm in diameter (around the size of a £2 coin), connect to your Mobile App via Bluetooth and act as a remote control. In a situation where you are in need of assistance, it will save you having to unlock your mobile device to raise an alert.
Once you have received your Mini Green Button, you will first need to ensure that you have the Mobile App installed on the device you will be using it with.

Connecting your Mini Green Button
Once your LGB Mobile App install is complete, please follow the steps below to pair your Mini LGB;
Tap the Menu button (3 lines in the top right hand side of the screen)
Tap "Connected Buttons"
Tap "Connect a new Button"
Follow the instructions on screen to connect your Mini Green Button. Once connected you will see the below screen where you will be able to rename your Mini Button, or leave as the default if preferred. Tap "Continue" when you are happy with the Button name.
Please note the important information shown on the proceeding screen. Tap "Continue" when you are ready;
Your setup is now complete and you will be taken back to the main "Connected Buttons" screen. Here, you can tap on your button and view the Battery Percentage, Status, Serial Number, and have the option to unpair your button if required. You can also rename your button here should you ever need to. Tap the small arrow in the top left hand corner to return to the main Mobile App screen;
You are now ready to use your Mini Green Button!
Raising an Alert with your Mini Green Button
To raise an alert with you Mini Green Button, simply double press the button with your finger. This will work in the exact same way as if raising it from the Mobile App.

To cancel an alert using your Mini Green Button, press and hold the button
My LGB Hardware report
To view more information about your Mini Green Button (and any other LGB Hardware that you are using) such as the device it is paired with, and the remaining battery, you can view a Hardware Report in the Reports tab of your My LGB Portal
