To reactivate your subscription, please navigate to your Little Green Button Management Portal
(Note: If you do not have access to this portal, please contact either your LGB admin within your organisation, or LGB Support where we will provide you with a login)
Once you have access, click on the "License" tab on the left hand side menu. Here you will find details of your cancelled subscription.
Click on the box displaying the license information for the cancelled plan:
Click "Reactivate your subscription" as below;
Click "Confirm" and your subscription will be reactivated.
