Little Green Button Support Portal

By default the Little Green Button mobile app will use your location services (GPS) to pinpoint your location and send this along with your alerts.

This will allow the receiver to see your location on a map.

In some cases you may not want to use this information, as it will not give enough information as to where you are located. For example if both sender and receiver are in the same building, it may be more accurate to provide the location by ways of a floor, room, or otherwise appropriately named location.

From the main screen, tap the three horizontal bars in the bottom right corner to open the menu.

Choose Locations to bring up a list of your preset locations. You can add a new location using the text field at the bottom of the screen.

Note: Please be aware that manually setting a location will override the Location Services (GPS) location, and will therefor not provide a map location to your alerts.
